DevOps coaching operated as a separate but coordinated workstream, providing automation guidance and support for CI/CD pipelines (in Bitbucket Pipelines) while maintaining alignment with the broader agile transformation goals.
Portfolio visualization workshops and metrics discovery sessions established leadership visibility into transformation progress while ensuring teams maintained focus on practical implementation rather than reporting overhead.
